When I’m not at work I am always starting projects. I am passionate about building and creating. I built a brick fire pit to provide an outdoor socialising space in lockdown, I have built raised planters from reclaimed pallet wood, and I recently completed a local sculpture course.

My projects range from the very big to the small and crafty. Including but not limited to masonry, woodwork, gardening, DIY, sculpture, sewing, painting, candle making, house plants, and upholstery.

I am not a very sporty person, although I used to be a keen roller derby player. These days I stick to Pilates as it has a much lower risk of fractured bones!
