Chief Morale Officer

A silly role for a very unsilly reason

For a number of complex reasons, The Ross Practice has high staff attrition rates. But despite this, it is a wonderful tight knit team of people who, in some cases, have known each other for decades.

I decided to take it upon myself to try to brighten people’s days somewhat! With the help of my elf (Bella, one of our secretaries) I gave out gifts as Santa at Christmas, I was a bunny with eggs at Easter and on Valentines I gave out roses with cheeky notes from everyone’s number one admirer: “Ross”. It brings me so much joy and I genuinely believe has improved the morale (at least marginally) of our staff.

This role was largely started as a joke but has now become a part of life at Ross and I hope will continue on long after I leave
